Returns & Delivery Policy
Each customer query is handled on an individual basis. If you are not content with your product purchased from us we will be happy to refund or exchange the item for you.
The product must include a returns form and be returned within the 90 day timeframe. The cost of the returns must be covered by the customer.
Once we are happy that the product is returned in the same manor in which it was sent (as in still saleable, tags still on) we will organise a refund. We recommend you also keep your receipt for postage in case of a dispute.
If you are exchanging an item we will ship the new item as soon as we receive the exchange package.
